Thank You!! I finally decided to unbox my Maker 3 after receiving it on Christmas. I thought I broke it until I watched your video. I connected it via USB and it worked in about 30 seconds.
Started set-up with my new maker 3. The problem was my internet wireless wasn't strong enough. Had to plug my maker 3 into computer. Ugh. Wished I had seen your video. Took me about 30 minutes to discover the problem.

i did the firmware update which it took fine but i still cant send files to it or have the design space pic it up or have the cutter head move like yours did

No, my recommendation would be to update the app if your are using a mobile. Make sure your Bluetooth is pair with the machine.
