You are a lifesaver I have been trying to fix this problem and customer service couldn't help me 🙄 and the whole time my problem was I needed to turn the Bluetooth off and just use the cord... thank you so much 💓

Started set-up with my new maker 3. The problem was my internet wireless wasn't strong enough. Had to plug my maker 3 into computer. Ugh. Wished I had seen your video. Took me about 30 minutes to discover the problem.

If it stops cutting in the middle of a cut and starts flashing red what do u do? And how do u resume the same print?

I did the same but once it is done it stays the same red light on and loading light on

i did the firmware update which it took fine but i still cant send files to it or have the design space pic it up or have the cutter head move like yours did

My make I press no machine. Do no cut no flash. Circuit 2 put. On power then set. To go make it. No cutting help

No, my recommendation would be to update the app if your are using a mobile. Make sure your Bluetooth is pair with the machine.

If what I did in the video didn’t fixed the problem, uninstall DS and install it back. It you still have an issue contact Cricut customer service.

Hola! mi cricut no quiere funcionar, hice lo mismo que tu pero aun asi sigue con luz roja y no quiere conectar al bluetooth. es muy triste porque es practicamente es nueva, solo que la deje de usar un tiempo y ahora que puedo no me quiere conectar. quiero llorar 😭
Hola, basada en lo que mencionas yo creo que es simplemente la actualización. Pero si ya seguiste los pasos y aún no funciona contacta al servicio al cliente de Cricut.
