Another new recently completed development is The Filament. This scheme sits on the corner of Chapel Street and Trinity Way on the Salford side of the river.
A wider problem with these larger developments is the lack of focus on making human spaces at the ground level. I'm still glad Manchester is developing though!

What a menacing structure. Feels like there is no fresh air, no life at all in the shadow of this unhospitable, badly designed thing. THX
It's certainly a little brutal. Hopefully the retail/restaurant units will let and this will bring some life and colour into the scheme over time.
