That all depends on the oil you use.
Synthetic blend is 3000-5000 interval.
You can change this every 3-4 months safely
Full synthetic is 5000-7500 interval.
You can change this 3-6 months.
The amounts above are in mileage and how hard the car is pushed.

You want it tight but not too tight
Too tight can crack your oil pan and then you’re in a bigger situation.
And too light can leak out oil.
Use your best judgement and make it snug.

Can use any brand you want.
But at the shop we just a generic brand.
If you take care of your own cars you can get AMSOIL
