I went on Eagles Claw 7 times, Whirlwind 4 times, The Ultimate 2 times and got straight on all the other big rides once. I had a fabulous day and that day I cured my fear of heights. Theme Park Worldwide inspired me to love roller coasters!!!

Lightwatervally put the lodges on there website last year but now they have taken it of I emailed the park and they said there is no plans for it now I really think the new owners should of cept the idea

The Ultimate is one of the most brutal coasters around, but gives a good ride esp the 2nd 1/2 through the woods. Love this park to have a GG or CGI woodie & any type of B&M since they have plenty of space to add more coasters.
I'm really late commenting but I'm going here in summer and I couldn't handle eagles claw or anything like that because I get sick on some rides. Do you think I'll be fine on The Ultimate??
Great Vlog guys. I like spinning coasters the best spin I've had on a spinning wild mouse was on James Mellors magic mouse when it was at Middlesbrough last weekend it really got spinning fast and we got quite a bit of g-force on it.

Paultons Park have a ride identical to Trauma Tower; the Jumping Bean. It was one of my favourites, if not my favourite ride there as a kid, as it is quite forceful for a family ride; although only half the height of Magma, more forceful than it. I know I talk a lot about Paultons, but I do believe I possibly know more about the park than you do!
I know this is unrelated but what are your thoughts on the crash. Do you think this is the end of the smiler? I hope not, even after the crash I am still not put off. The fact that they didn't die shows something, right? I love Alton towers, and I love the smile so I would really hate to see it go.

One of the Times when I went on the ultimate, we went round a sharp bend and my ribs banged against the centre bit between the two seats. I was badly winded but couldn't double over. I had to sit down for ten mins after the ride. Still love it though:-)

+Theme Park Worldwide The ride that replaced Whirlwind is called Apollo. It is basically a really high and slow version of Skyrider, well worth a go :)
The new sequence that they added on samurai last month makes it so much slower, now it barely does 3 rotations each direction an you barely get any spin....

I think that thorpe parks vortex is a Chance Revolution 32, which is why it doesn't go up as high or as forceful as the Eagles Claw

Best Top Scan for me in the UK is The Beast at Fantasy Island, if you get a good operator on it you can really get a good sequence!!
