Happy Birthday Mr Stokes. 🎂 I know it's to late now but you should use the da sander to take the hard work out of rubbing the isopon filler. Also when your fibreglassing get one if the small fibre glass metal rollers to get the air out of your layers. The line on the bumper use a bit of masking tape or a pencil so when your rubbing it down the body line is easier to see and shape. Another thing might help you is an oversize rubbing block about 3-4 times the length of what your using. You are doing a great job it's just taking you a lot more time and work and these things will make it easier for you. Or jump on a ferry to Belfast I will finish and paint it for you in a couple of days 😉 great channel as always guys from Paul at ptcreations

There’s a 2 part product that turns into ABS plastic called Norton Speed Grip you can use to mould the bumper parts back together

With them clips have the tab closed and push it on u will hear it click

Dont fibreglass the bumper
Bond mesh on to the rear
Cut a piece of plastic and use a heat gun to get it to conform to the shape
Once somewhere near plastic weld it together then shape it with colad cold plastic weld will be way better and wont crack
Fibreglass will crash within weeks as urethane what the bumper is and fibreglass expand and contract at different temperatures which will cause it to crack

The weird thing on the dash is a azimuth sensor that detects the sun angle for the HVAC system
