I made the chicken with the same recipe as u showed , really it was so delicious 🤤.And now again i am watching your video to make it for the 3rd time 😁
I'm making this Recipe each year for Thanksgiving! With this recipe, it's worth it for even 5-6 hours of marination and soft and juicy! I hope the secret is 1st step of marination with lemon + Salt!! Thanks for all your tips and tricks!
@@TheLoveOfSpice thank you, the Cornflour in the US is white in color and Cornmeal is yellow in color, that’s why I wondered. Thank you for your response, I appreciate it.
Yeah I know what you mean. It’s confusing for many. But I usually get my cornflour from Indian stores here in US and that’s always yellow. I’ll try to attach a pic here for your reference. Hope it will help.
Can’t seem to attach a picture but if you google ‘corn flour Indian store’ or yellow corn flour you will get it. I usually buy the Deep brand corn flour. Hope this helps.
@@TheLoveOfSpice OK thank you, I usually buy my cornflour in the regular grocery store and it’s white, that’s why I was confused. Thanks for the info. 👍😊
Hi, no I have never made this with the skin on, especially because I make gashes and fill in the masala inside those, and leaving the skin on will hinder that a little.
You can. It just wouldn't have the restaurant like texture, as there will not be air circulation on one side, as it would be sitting in the released moisture and fat. But taste wise, it will still be good.
Refrigeration means leaving the marinated chicken in the fridge or freezer? Cz uncooked chicken under a inappropriate temperature will have salmonella growth which is unhealthy nah

Hello, did you sprinkle Cornflour or Cornmeal on the surface of the chicken please?
Hello, I sprinkled regular corn flour which is yellow in color.

Have you ever made this by leaving the skin on the chicken?? I was thinking of putting some of the yogurt mix under and on top of the skin.
Hi, no I have never made this with the skin on, especially because I make gashes and fill in the masala inside those, and leaving the skin on will hinder that a little.

I think it was from Costco. But it's easily available most places like Walmart, Amazon etc. Just look for a deeper one.
Do I need to bake it or roast it ??
I baked it in conventional oven. :)
Amazing!! I love tandoori chicken tacos!!
Thank you!

Loved it. Nicely done 😍👍🏼

Is it Possible by Microwave Oven 20 Ltrs ... Without OTG
I have only tried it in the regular oven.
We have to use Grill , broil or Roast mode for this?
Hi, I use the regular bake /roast mode of conventional oven. And it’s best to place the rack right in the center of the oven.
Hope this helps.
Can you put this in over with an aluminum foil on an oven tray? I don’t have the rack as u
You can. It just wouldn't have the restaurant like texture, as there will not be air circulation on one side, as it would be sitting in the released moisture and fat. But taste wise, it will still be good.
Thank you sister😋😋😋😋
