I think it's important to sing Along with whatever group of guitars, you are testing to make sure there is a good blend between your vocal and the guitar
Amazing,... I been noticed that most famous and newer brands have improved their cheepest versions (like harley) ... Can you do a top 5 or 10 about that guitar that really are amazing for that cost... Thanks guys
I really like that sound from the Harley Benton. I have ordered one and really hope it sounds like that. What strings should i use if i want that "warm tenacious d sound ?
Thomann really SUCKS! I was a costumer for years and now i have my costumer account blocked because their tracking department didnt recieved tracking feedback from DHL regarding some orders... I complained about and didnt even got answered! They just lost me as costumer! THOMANN SUCKS!
Tell me about it.. I ordered a gs mini on Oct 28th. Got an email 2 days later saying it won't be in stock until Nov 10th... emailed em back on Nov 10th asking for an update and got a reply yesterday telling me it now won't be in stock until the 25th.. So Yeah,,, thomann sucks alright.
Yeah, and you see this videos with Cris pretending to be a very nice and cool guy, believe me, he its not that cool at all. One time he answered me by e-mail and we was not nice or even polite! Up his....
Purists hate Taylor, because of automation. For me, if you pick up two high end Taylor's, they sound identical.. Personally, I see this as a sign of good craftsmanship, not bad. I've picked up other identical guitars and have often found each has uniquely different characteristic. Even if its slight, it's noticeable. If that's your thing, great. Not great though, if you bust a string on stage and return with a guitar that doesn't sound the same. That's a nightmare in a live setting! The need to re-balance EQ, compression, getting rid of any unwanted frequencies or phasing that may occur w/ that subtle difference in tone... No thanks!
Very good points actually. The romantic aspect of "every single guitar has it's own mojo" is less relevant with Taylor. On the other hand, as you say consistency is key to satisfied customers and practicability. I think it's awesome having both options and I admire Taylor for pushing the boundaries of modern guitar building. Cheers //Kris
Having you play the guitar, doesn't really help anyone. A good guitarist can make a toy guitar sound good.....there is so much that goes into choosing a guitar. The feel in my hands to the sound, pocket book...ect....I played extreme guitars that I would play over some makes so called mid range.....it is all in what makes you feel good.
That's very true, that's why all of the demo videos on the internet should be considered as appetisers and not as tone reference. You have to hold a guitar in your hands to be able to really tell how it sounds. Cheers //Kris
That Gibson is beautiful with the seamless edges
the most expensive one, the Taylor. Just has a richer over all tone, highs mids lows, nothing is lost, thats what I like in a acoustic guitar.
taylors are too bright ! Sounds synthetic and brash- *Inauthentic*

Taylor sounds amazing. I also love smaller body sizes.
I saw a maton in the background, great Australian guitars.
Guys you do it good! Hold on this way, nice presentation and nice smiling talking!
That Taylor though 😍
I liked the Höfner more than I was expecting. What brand of strings were on it?
No# 5 for me. Oooh that top all the grain 🤘🏽

Anyone have the model numbers of the last Guitar played

The Taylor sounded heavenly! The greatest song in the world should be played on that guitar!
Don't know what is the greatest song in the world but I know the greatest tribute!

The sweetness of a guitar sound should be measured by how high you are....
