I don't have an exhaustive list but, off the top of my head, the fragrances that put a smile on my face are Azzaro Chrome Legend, Amouage Lyric Man, Pineapple Vintage Emperor Extrait, MFK Grand Soir!!!, Bentley for Men Intense, John Varvatos Vintage, Mancera Red Tobacco!!!, Mancera Cedrat Boise. The ones with exclamation points are the best out of this list in making my nose happy;-D

'Zara rich warm addictive, tobacco collection' is definitely my go to happy scent. It doesn't last very long at all but it's an incredible scent for when you get home from a crappy day and just wanna chill and take your mind away. :)
Tom ford is not niche, its a high end deisgner brand. but priced as a niche. His creation are good tho so its worth the money. Tom fords smells more niche than other creeds too IMHO.
