Hi there! I'm not sure if you or your team sees these comments, but I thought I'd offer an idea I had. I tried to watch the Love Your Body one but there was a ringing in the background that was making me feel anxious, so I tried this one. But, for where I am at this moment, I had an interesting reaction to the word "appreciate" (tightening, shutting down, rejecting) and then I had a visual. A 3 part series. Part 1: Accept or Allow your body (acknowledge) Part 2: Appreciate your body (gratitude practice) Part 3: LOVE and celebrate your body (could bring in the ideas of pleasure and worthiness)
This tapping is just perfect for me. I’m partially disabled since the car accident I had in 1996 and it’s hard at times to love my body, but I do. I don’t always appreciate what it does for me but I do love it. I take pretty good care of it most of the time, yen yoga, chair yoga the best I can do, chi gong, energy routine with Donna Eden, walking, acupuncture, massage, reiki, I have to move. Thank you Brad that gives me the option to focus more on all the good things it does for me rather than focus on the negative. 😘
Coming out from the shell-shock of our first failed IVF cycle and feeling pretty betrayed by my body right now. This video is really helping with the healing and forgiveness I need from myself right now. Thank you so much for making your incredible content so accessible

Hi Brad, Could you possibly do a few on the "Personal Peace Procedure." I would love to see how that is done. Especially how to go from the negative to the positive of the same situation. Like for instance - the day my mom slapped me - taping on that, but then how do you turn it into a positive.
