As a retired scientist, I enjoyed the frankness of both of you as you conclude with what might be a “definite maybe” out of which someone could yet another paper. I’m 78 initiallly diagnosed with advanced metastatic PC with a PSA of around 870 etc. At 78,I must be full of dormant symptoms., and it would need some fancy AI to sort them out. On Prostap, Xtandi. I guess that the enlarged breasts,, contracting genitalia, hot flushes, pathological itching, oss of body hair and displacent would be significantly correlated with the medication. The depression, mood swings, tearfullness, sleep issues etc are less significantly (but still probably quite significally correlated but pyschosomnatic factors and time spent watching RUclips videos and allergy to X-rays may be a key 17:38

Well, This 75yo had ADT(Eligard) over a two year period with a six month dose each time. Brain fog definitely affected me and all the other side effects too. And it doesn't shut off after 6 months, It takes a good year to bounce back. Folks, this is real! The opinions at the end of the video were dismissive of the importance of brain fog. Shameful!

If doctors would only have the integrity to talk to the patients who have personally experienced severe brain fog on ADT CASTRATION, maybe, just maybe they would warn men about this and all the other horrific quality of life destroying and life shortening side effects. Full disclosure is mandatory before men can give FREE AND FULLY INFORMED CONSENT.
