Client attorney confidentiality is still legal principle in our law. What nonsense is this, how can a judge answer for SC. Really, i hate corruption but the judge must be respected.
Any person who is in a position for the first time is there because the appointers found them necessary. This lawyer is suggesting that Africans can't be in the boards of directors because there were never in boards. Only Ramaphosa would qualify because he was in boards long time ago
