Michelle 7仔糸香港邊條街總有一間，更甚是24小時營運，我個人就少有幫襯7仔，因價格比超市貴幾蚊，對於慳錢的市民會精打細算，除非7仔有特價就過期售賣，呢d食品一定平過超市我都會去買，我個人喜歡較懂慳錢的女性，之前我識d男性友人，好多都比他們前女友洗光洗盡哂d錢，之後女方即反臉要决，决定分手，各行各路，估吾到妳同Mandy 住左美國巳十幾年甘長時間，如果妳倆糸香港 居住，一定大把男生追求你們，糸香港找女 朋友都要有學問，又難追，除非上大陸，好多女仔都好主動追港男，所以點解咁多港男系大陸甘易收埋一個女生，皆因國內女性多數遷就男生，有些還懂煑得一手好菜，妳倆個識煑飯？個人感覺香港男生喜歡女友懂煑菜，及淡妝扮女性居多。

皇后區房價有那麼便宜嗎？我學長前年買在皇后區長島市（Queensboro Plaza附近）的Studio要50萬美金耶？而且最近行情漲到60萬了......在他那附近租一個studio一個月也要3000+，唯一好處是治安相對好，我去找他的時候在他家聊天到半夜後獨自一人走回附近的旅館也沒問題！
咁皇后區都好大既，Long Island City 係成個皇后區最貴既，因為佢對面就係Manhattan… 依家60萬一個studio 的話都算平啦LIC🥲 我同Mandy 住得遠少少，所以就平啲囉。好似深水埗同尖沙咀都係九龍一樣，但物價樓價就唔同啦～ - by Michelle ;)

我以前住Astoria ... 真係好好住.. 出Manhattan如果subway無阻滯出快都只係45分鐘....不過租金依家真係貴左超多.. 我個陣同一個single woman...合租.. 有自己房.. 我只係付USD650/月

其實買屋在美國和香港有很大的分別，在美國買屋是永久業權。香港買屋是到2047。政府有權收回或要求補地價再續。所以香港置業其實是租，不是買。中國大陸是70年期。

華人區通常係最貴,100幾廿萬美金入门,仲要好多養屋成本！預150萬美金掹掹緊,供樓成本利息稅保險貴香港好多！仲要養車起碼兩架！油、保險、保養、勁貴電費水費gas費cable費電話費食飯貼士（起碼每餐2至10元美金）...
美國屋稅係1至3%每年,100萬美刀屋每年收你3萬美刀,自己計下幾多？係每年24萬港紙每月2萬港紙呀！香港供1000萬樓每月供2萬個個香港人牙痛咁聲話貴,扣完本金只係利息8000左右！抵住到爛！係美國剩係稅都收你每月2萬呀🤣！供樓利息未計！
