Easy Trick For Removing IPHONE 5 U2 IC

- In this video we are using a simple but effective method to remove and replace U2 of iPhone 5.
First apply some heat and scratch the glue around IC,then take a soldiering iron with big bite and some extra led on it. Place the on IC and left it from bottom with the of a sharp and flat tool.
Next clean the extra led and glue carefully,with full of patience,place the new IC in a proper position and direction.take care of the processor or CPU besides it,because this lead to damage your phone. So cover it and apply heat just like showed in the video.

What i was wondering was what sort of tools you used? like i could see a heat gun and a soldering iron but i was wondering what kind? and does the type matter as much or would any brand work? also what you did to clean the pcb?

hello friend , I would like sanasse my doubts , my iphone 5 not this calling or when the charger plugs , already checked the software , however unsuccessfully , after opening saw the battery was discharged then gave shock to the battery and carried until reaching 3.7V after plugging the battery saw that the bass processor A6 where will this component heated up very much , letting the hot battery too, then quickly despluguei battery certainly Load Ic U2 circuit is shorted correct (remember that was the only component that reheated in the mother board )

I have an iPhone SE which is not turning on after connecting it to an unauthorized charger when the battery was empty.
Replacing the battery should bring it back to life , at least until the battery is drained, even if it has a faulty U2 IC, right?
Already tried replacing the battery and the LCD.
