This week I told myself that I need to focus on my disciplines. I can do better at challenging myself to push towards doing those things that truly push the needle forward in my life. I need to push towards being even more disciplined and the truth is that this may be discomforting. But I must push anyway. Because it offers the greatest reward to myself and those around me.
