Thanks for the vids! Trying to find the spot to spawn the 3rd key named... can't do it. I have been running all around, up and down, back and forth in huge straight lines to no avail.
On the 3rd step: Explore the Southwest field.

The Grikbar Champion spawns in that deep valley beside the Kobold camps and the druid rings. Not at the Kobold camps.

Ya anything low level is fine. I just used a monk this time & sitting so people could see you don't even need to damage them, so it's not like you even need those OP lvl 2 mage pets. You still get kill credit if they die completely to the ds.

Can someone explain the low level monk / mage in the tower situation?

The missions are "heroic adventures" so they scale with the level of the characters that attempt them. If you use a low level character with big buffs (hit points / damage shields) and/or OP pets (mages at lvl 2 for example), it makes the missions simple.

Back on Teek after playing the first TLPs and EQ is nearly unrecognizable. Trying to enjoy it, but it's not exactly the EQ of yesteryear that I remember.
Cheats galore, community went sour, etc..

Ya their customer service is F tier. There's some decent emus out there like P99 & Quarm if you want something closer to the original game with some semblance of enforcement. TLPs are part of the live service offering so inherit a lot of changes as the game was patched over time.
