This cleared up a nagging headache I've been having for what seemed like forever, that comes and goes. Couldn't understand what kind of headache it was until it cleared up after this meditation. Realized it was a very stubborn & deeply ingrained mental energy block. Looking forward to a brighter, clearer future for myself, along with the clarification of any and all downloads received - as well as improvements & guidance - in all areas of my life with continued use. I heard "Girl, You got this" from my higher self, as if she wasn't even worried at all (of course). You are most gracious and amazing Rachael. As strange as it may sound: when my higher self had a message for me, images of an avocado and peas arose. I looked up both their spiritual meanings. Abundance and fertility ❤ perfect really as that is exactly what I am working on right now as I'm starting up my spiritual business.
