Depends on the company that is hiring. However, you almost always will need a license to work as a waiter or bartender. You should be able to get that online easily

You need to get a visa to come here. Most people will try either Job Offer (Lmia) or Study visa. First one is less expensive and difficult to get. Second one is easier but you need more money.

You need to validate your diplomas...that can be expensive and time consuming..I know nurses that have undergo through 2 years of college when they arrived to Canada..because was faster! But things are changing...

Yes there is...probably in every province. The one in PEI is called Responsible Beverage Course if I recall correctly. IS an online course that costs 50$
