  • I suffer from an invisible illness / invisible disability called "Central Sensitization" also known as "Central Sensitization Syndrome." I'd like this podcast to help other chronic pain sufferers that are looking for support! This will hopefully educate friends and loved ones of those who suffer too.

just found you. 5 spine surgeries & chronic pain. no one gets it until you’ve got it. i can only do one chore a day. i am wooped! we move through it, feel every feeling so intensely and are so tired of it. everyday is a fight with your body. once my friend poked my upper back and i flew with pain so intense, but no-one gets it. it takes so long to be diagnosed and some what stabled. anyhow, you make me feel so not alone is medicine for me. your stories are mine. thank you...stacy

So. Much. Yes!!! I HATE going to the doctors, even getting my blood pressure done hurts because of the allodynia. The anxiety is killer too! So proud of you honey for doing this podcast & sharing what it’s like living with chronic pain. Sending gentle hugs and extra spoons 😘💕

Every time I cook im done, it seriously an exhausting illness. So I basically snack on snack food most of the day so I cook and eat 1 decent meal per day... My doctor doesn't seem to understand it either and its very frustrating but first the doctors made out I was crazy. Love and huggs sweetheart 💖 💖 💖
