Sade was in a class of her own. Nobody did it like her before or since. She’s her own genre. Classy, cool, emotional, beautiful.

Sade is a goddess. Her music is definitely a vibe. Smooth jazz at its best. The perfect accoutrement for a low-key soiree with a few close friends in a tropical location with warm breeze blowing the sunsetting and casting brilliant shades of orange and purple and libations all around. Warm and fuzzy feelings. By Your Side, Cherish the Day, Lovers Rock, Paradise, All About Our Love, Bulletproof Soul, The Moon and the Sky, In Another Time, Somebody Already Broke My Heart, Soldier of Love.... The Classics - The Sweetest Taboo, Is It a Crime, Your Love is King, Kiss of Life, No Ordinary Love

The sound in the 90's was SO diverse though. We had this, we had rock, we had eurodance, we had trance, we had rnb, we had rap. That's probably the most eclectic decade of all time in music history in mainstream. Even a New-age band like Enigma managed to get a #1 hit lol

I experienced Sade in real time when she emerged on the scene, and over her amazing career. And the amazing thing is she never followed the trends. She (and her band) always had their own sound. And no one else sounded like Sade, whether it was her first album, Diamond Life in 1984, through to Soldier of Love in 2010. Saw her live at Irvine Meadows, in Orange CA, in 1993, and she and her band are incredible live. Incredible.

This song...and this beautiful lady is what being sexy and classy is all about. Never once has Sade had to shake her rear, flaunt her bosom, or act vulgar in any way to get her story across. We are in a sad time for music right now as it seems most females in R&B, Hip Hop, and Pop have no musical talent and instead rely on ridiculously and shamelessly flashing their bodies to sell songs. Truly sad.

SADE is Anglo-Nigerian. She went to school in England and started her career in London and got her break by accident. She wasn’t the lead singer in a band but when they heard her that was it. She now lives in England. You should watcher live aid performance from 1985 Wembley. As an added you should also watch Sam Brown doing her single “Stop”. You have got so many songs to listen to from her and her band. Sade Adu is the full name of the vocalist of Nigerian origin, they are certainly a very talented group, I listened to all their popular songs, this group has quite a few popular songs, it’s difficult to single out something, plus millions of views on RUclips, so, this is a mixture of jazz, pop and vibe, the vibe is present in almost every song, of course I like the very first albums of the group, 1984, 1985, 1986, 1988, and the beginning of the 90s, I always wrote that the best time in the era of the music industry fell from 1967 to 1992, 25 years of the golden era, then everything went downhill. Be sure to come back to Sade a little later, it's worth it!

Sade is one of a kind. That band is hot. Together we get a fire that’s as smooth as ah get out!

Sade is what you play in the bedroom during that special time with your lover. So smooth!

I thought we lost Ryan there for a bit 😅. Great song! Sade never missed.

Gorgeous lady, gorgeous music. If Prince, Joni Mitchell and Maxwell had a musical love child, she’d be it.❤❤❤

Beautiful lady with a beautiful voice. I used to listen to SADE in bars and lounges in my 20's in Montreal. Everyone had her albums. We loved her. I haven't read the other comments, but I have a feeling someone has mentioned "Smooth Operator" and "Sweetest Taboo". Both are classic SADE hits. You'll love them. I'm not surprised this album HAS GONE 4 times platinum...so far. ;)
    Thanks for the memories, Guys.
