I think they started the subtitles on all the videos because quite a few of his patients at the Texas location are Hispanic, and many have thicker accents.
I’m in Pickwick TN and I just had my appointment with Tubio/ Aligned Clinic in Houston TX this past Monday .. I actually seen Dr. Alex Liu bc Tubio is in California now …. But I have suffered severe pain in my upper back for a very long time… neck issues as well .. Dr. Liu gave me immediate pain relief .. aligned clinic is legit ..
I love subtitles! I have diagnosed ADHD & subtitles always help me focus because I also have a hard time processing auditory things so it helps to read it as well as listening to it. Also would love a reaction on Dr. Ed McLaughlin! The peoples elbow!
re: closed captions. I grew up with a Dad who is hard of hearing. So I got used to it as a child and don't even notice it. I also choose to use it on everything, even when I don't need the service. I prefer it with CC.
I'm 33 years old and I have chemo induced sensory neuropathy, I have been in chronic pain for the past 3 years and a doctor told me that the way I'm feeling now is probably my new normal, it feels so relieving to see people struggling get the relief they need, gives me hope that one day I won't be in pain anymore
Comment from Japan here! Actually, Japanese TV has Japanese subtitles on virtually every TV program. I like it…helped me learn a ton of kanji!!! Great content! Love your channel! ❤
I am all about subtitles! It makes videos accessible to everyone, and when the captions are integrated, they typically are created/placed so you can see everything in the video and tend to be more likely to use the correct words. When they're auto-generated, you get a lot of sounds-like or sounds-similar words. If you're using medical terms, it's even more unlikely you get the correct words.
Great video doc. My cousin's husband went to Dr. Tubio and he absolutely loved it. I hope one day you make a reaction video to Ace Thayer. He seems to lump all chiropractors into a bad category and loves making fun of the Y strap and ringer dinger. I've never seen anyone review him and although it does feel like he helps people, his arrogance is a major issue and I dislike how he basically thinks any chiropractor besides himself is useless.
To answer your question on subtitles, I think that the subs help to emphasize what is said and also helps when you are skimming or trying to be quiet. I know that a lot of people prefer to watch everything with subtitles or CC turned on. I know that I use the closed captions option way more often that I would have thought I would.
I love subtitles! Especially when there is medical jargon or someone has an accent that is different from mine. And let's face it, I'm going a little deaf! (The automated captions often get medical jargon and accents wrong)
When you feel it down your back the best way to describe it is a literal shocking sensation. I dont hear the crack when I get it, I just get this shocking sensation down my back. After my first Y strap I was sore for a few days.
@24:00 he calls that the atlas bone adjustment… ppl call it the Tubio lift or magic hug and I have seen around 20 chiropractors over the last 16 yrs and that atlas adjustment , nothing compares to that …. I’ve never experienced an adjustment like this
The sequence that Dr. Liu used on me , he did the ring dinger ( with the towel) second…. He pulled my legs / hips first…. He basically started from feet and followed up the spine .., The Y-strap was last … and atlas adjustment was next to last.. The difference I felt from the towel to the Y-strap was , the towel I felt it 80/90% down …. The Y-Strap I felt from top of shoulder blades to the skull but felt a deeper pull…. I felt it in my ears..
It's an occipital lift, how you-chiropractor, don't know this!& he started doing it on RUclips in 2018, and literally everybody started copying him!! This move is way more helpful than the move you're describing!!
My take, enjoyed the personnality of the chiro, digged a lot the patient, she's charismatic , while being "normal" , in the sense of being relatable. Regarding the subtitles , as someone who watches a lot of movies in foreign languages and has hearing issues , I don't mind them, although I felt they were a bit too big , we're deaf not blind, but the bigger ones that popped up were just plain annoying , it felt like watching the old Batman Tv show , when they were fighting. Which is a shame as it is not necessary and a useless distraction.
You all kept asking and asking for this one...I hope you enjoy. Don't forget to SUB and SHARE!

I love his patient's reactions. His videos are good bc he seems so personable but professional.

I will say Tubio doesn't ring dinger everyone. The Tubio lift standing on the table is his thing for everyone!
Not everyone

TUBIO!
Have u thought about adjusting one another
Not a fan of surprize moves! Tubio seems to be proficient at distracting his patients. Might need to drive north to TN!!!!!
I prefer subtitles
Do not like the subtitles. 😮
Same
How do u know it’s not for hard of hearing people
