    can you please help me how to find individual mean soil loss after dividing the watershed into various sub watersheds, I mean sub watershed prioritization based on soil loss?

      You can use the zonal statistic tool for your task.

    I thin during the slope you made a mistake. slope should be taken in degrees and then convert into radians

    how can you please on how to determine how much each of the factors contributed to erosion?

      I think there is no any accurate way. It is based on literatures.

      Perhaps, you can perform sensitivity analysis by changing one factor and keeping other factors constant.
