Dnt know why but i feel the host is having a hard time understanding some of the words coming out of Dr. Nima 😅😅.. hes using pure authentic unadulterated hindi word😂 whereas the regular people nowadays are use to shoving english word in their sentences and completely oblivious of the actual clean hindi
