@@StefanAlexandruGeogloman No problems, I have bought a new filter though as over time it blocks up, even though it's washable. I got a 2 pack from Aliexpress. Battery is fine so far
Thank you. This kind of product review is what we need more of. To the point, fairly technical, crystal clear, not biased, and a simple comparison. Bravo to you, sir.
Thank you for your kind words. It took a while to make all the segments (probably more than most think). I did try to get as much as I could in, in a short time period without missing anything and showing it up close too. So hopefully it's proved useful to viewers.
What a powerful machine! It's amazing how when you turn it off, the whole thing twists cause of the momentum. I bet the motor is brushless. Anyway, I used it around the house and it's pretty darn cool, lots of power packed into a handy device. Charging time for me, from zero to full, was around an hour 10 minutes, pretty decent I'd say. Yeah, that nozzle brush is a bit small, but hey, it fits the whole size ratio. My wife nagged at first, cause she thought it's another gimmicky gadget, but she came around after a few demos.
This looks cool, been thinking of investing in something like this for a while as I'm sick of dragging the big vacuum out for small spills, Hope your all good, stay safe as always.
All good here it's not perfect but useful for around the house/car. No torches in yet all done, but might be in a few weeks! Keep well thanks for the support
Great report. I've found that most handheld vacs are not self emptying. Disassembly required. But you did show me what I needed to know. Great for the car or a keyboard with the USB charge. You could KEEP it in the car and charge from there.
It's useful and performs well, but with some quirks. Unless you're cleaning up wood chippings or large bits, it's def not one touch cleaning, the dust picks up and compresses so you'll have to remove it and brush it off/pick it out. That's what I've found using it quite a lot. Also the inner filter needs to be kept clean frequently, very fine dust builds up - so once a week I'd say a good clean off, wash maybe once a month. It is handy though and the type C is very welcomed, charge in car and small enough to take with you. Dustbuster was no good for that, mains charging only. Overall I like it though I would tweak a few things
Well this is... different... Now I want you to review a bunch of Xiaomi ecological products because your reviews are always detailed. A lot of them are great too
I will try my best, what happens is banggood email once in a while and I ask for something Xiaomi to break things up a bit, vary the content more. People are also interested in the brand, and I have some viewers from the far east where it's also popular India etc. If you have any specific ideas let me know and I can see next time I am in touch with them.
@@MrBazReviews well, what kind of products are you interested? Xiaomi has a lot of ecological brand but I'm not sure how many of them are actually sold at Banggood They _do_ have brands that make flashlight such as Nextool, Beebest, ZMI, Solove, etc though not as good as renowned brands that you usually do. In fact nowhere near as close
@@aggaviriyo790 I will have a browse around. I wanted to not just do torches as I already get them in, otherwise I'd get bored of constantly doing the same type of videos. So I usually ask banggood for xiaomi as they are quite interesting. The phone review area is pretty crowded, I've done a few but it's hard to make an impact (and to be honest it's more about camera than performance these days). So it comes down to other gadgets, this just caught my eye as something different - new content and possibly of interest, and yes I was also interested a bit in it myself. As it turns out I am using it a lot, quite useful even if there are a few things I would change. I will have a think and browse for other Xiaomi items, I'm not specific I've looked at different products over the years. On balance I have mostly liked their end results, minor faults aside.
@@MrBazReviews then you're in for a treat. They offer a lot of great stuff, really. They make a lot of great products but a lot of them are underexposed. Have fun browsing around!
I've not replaced it I just wash it out every few weeks, you have to keep it clean ie brush if off regularly. I assume you can get replacements but it is washable
I was looking for a portable vacuum for my car and landed here. Thanks for the review, it's very clear but do you think this is the best one for car? Or do you recommend any other product?
I'm mostly using it for car cleaning, I have no major complaints it's working much better than the black and decker one, lasts longer and more powerful.
Wish you tested if it was a sealed hepa system. If it has a hepa filter and it's not as sealed as it says it is, you'll end up making more dust. As someone with allergies, sealed hepa tests are what I look for in vacuum reviews.
Curious how you would suggest I make a hepa filter test that is accurate and measures what you want? I have to work with what I have, I make practical reviews, no fluff and to the point.
Can it be used while it's plugged in and charging? The battery may be too short but it'd be great if it can still be used while plugged in if the battery dies.
The reason it can't do that is that it's too powerful. In turbo mode it can drain in 9 minutes. It's 10.8V-12.6V, 3X 2000mAh cells, 4.2V fully charged 3.6V empty. For it to deplete that in 9 minutes is beyond what a typical cheap USB-C charger can provide to run it in real time.
I'm displeased with non-functional flap which is stuck in short time when cleaning bigger dirt particles or fur / hair. Also no chance to get spare brush or nozzle. Brush gets worn very fast. However, those pros mentioned are true. Original filter does a great job. Also EU version has only one speed option.
I wasn't aware the EU version was different what speed is it? The flap can be caught, I clean it out via tweezers, but it's a design oversight I think. It does perform well though, and it's working well. The filters can be bought, I replaced it once (you can wash it quite a few times but it does need replacing)
@@MrBazReviews No idea what speed (RPM) is. I guess something between eco and turbo mode since it works like 15 minutes in average. The spring operated flap also needs some lubrication from time to time since the spring just somehow gets stuck even after removing dirt. I didnt speak about filters - those are no prob to obtain (also original ones definitely are worth the price), but the brush itself and the plastic extension tube between intake and brush. If somebody breaks it, no chance to buy spare one.
Thanks for the review - good work their! Does this not come with any kind of wall mount? That's pretty disappointing and not very neat in my opinion. USB-C port is okay - if I were given the option to just have a wall mount for it that charges it like any small vacuum I have seen in the past 20 years. I would mainly use it in the kitchen and I would want it to be stored tidy and always ready and not mess around with charging it in a different room with a USB cable.
All that's included is shown ie not much bar the cleaner and the extender/brush and cable. I'm not aware of a mount, not for this one. The larger bigger model has one I believe. Honestly I've never mounted the Black and Decker and that came with one, but I can see some would like it - and it helps top up the charge too. I'm not sure if there are any third party mounts out there.
Yes still working fine, battery is holding up well. I did change the filter (you can wash it but after about 18 months a new one was needed they are quite cheap to buy)
From what I see it's not that old, they do larger ones, but for portable hand held this one seems mostly to be quite good. They could possibly add some longer brush attachments, otherwise it's pretty solid performance
Wider tip wouldn't help, the minis are just for small inconveniences or messes and usually even too weak even for that, how ever tech has come far. Cleaning the keyobard seems actually smart, won't blow dust or dirt into the air, don't use it on PC though. Supposedly might create static and break components. Old ones for sure.
I think the smaller tip creates more suction power, but I'd like a somewhat larger one. It is quite useful I still have it and use it just replace the filter every 12 months
@@sidewinder244 I brush it off say once a week, and wash it couple of weeks or so. It really needs to be kept clean as it can block up. Not a big problem just regular clean out will make it work

@@ibsn87 I wonder if it's shutting off due to the filter blocking up. You have to clean it regularly, and I also wash it. Even 50% wear it would run longer than that much longer. You do have to clean the filter properly, hence I think that is why there might be negative reviews blocked filter.

Even Dyson's have to have a filter at some point, that also need cleaning. This one does need regular cleaning, so perhaps you have a point, though space is fairly limited here!
looks like longer bristles for the razor keyboards too and it need to have a blower as well
I doubt you will get enough blower power to make it worthwhile. Probably better off using a rocket blower, which I do for many things
this is probably 120W version, there is also 40W version
I'll check to see
@@MrBazReviews the 40W version doesn’t have turbo mode
@@Zatob Right good to know
Ya no prende?
Contact the seller I can't troubleshoot online
looks like my orbit braUn toothbrush🤣
lol
A lot ot interruptions for the needing to clean up the filter, in my opinion not very useful to clean dust
No other way is there, any cleaner without a filter isn't going to be useful. All filters will clog up over time.
@@MrBazReviews yeah but this vacuum demands to clean up the filter like 3 minutes after you started, at least for me is doing it in that way, I even washed the filter and wait it to be fully dry.
@@eduardo-1822 I don't know how long you had it but I replaced the filter after about 9-10 months. Very fine particles like ash/sanded paint etc clog is very quickly. Normal dust not so much
I'm am totaly dissapointed by this product. It just don't suck :( I thick I will return that
I've found it good, suction is decent enough for the size I use it all the time. There are two power levels the turbo is pretty good on suction
Chinese always do this.. make a good product for 90% and don't finish up the last 10%.. really strange people.. (says the dutch guy haha )
Yeah I agree they didn't quite get there, still a respectable offering despite some flaws
@@MrBazReviews WHAT DDI THEY DO BAD?
@@makkeyn At the end my pros and cons spell it out, it's subjective
That's because the 10% will make the price rise 50%... it's all a balance between price and quality, and for the price I'd say it really good given the specs
How do you put on turbo mode?
It's a double press, but evidently the European version doesn't have a "Turbo" mode
The one I show here was sent from China
Can you run it at the same time while it is charging?
No it won't run when charging
