Great review! I was literally just shopping for one of these! On a different channel, I saw this one: EUKI Compressed Air Duster-150000RPM Electric Air Duster. Any idea how it might compare?
Only number 1 and 4 are available on Amazon and the reviews don't impress me when you read them. A lot of battery issues after just a few months for the "top" pick.
I freaking love this channel. From buying and using the shark stratos to other products reviewed, this channel is a solid source for sound reviews and recommendations.
A suggestion. Another category to score: IMHO a device should get lots of bonus points if you use USB C to charge it, and a couple of bonus points if you use micro-USB to charge it. If you have to use a special charging adapter, I won't buy a gadget like this, but if I can just charge it with my phone charger, I might consider it. P.S. I really like the way this channel does reviews. Great job, every time.
Extra bonus points if it will charge using a USB-C to USB-C cable. A lot of companies cheap out and cause the device to only be able to charge off of a USB-A to USB-C cable.
@@DanielBrotherstonThat's shortsighted. USB chargers these days rarely exceed 60W, with 240W charging being the current upper limit that essentially nothing uses. There are plenty of tool battery chargers that exceed 500W charging. There's no reason to cast off that kind of technology when vacuums are inherently power-hungry devices.
I'd like to see how the Metro Datavac (roughly $110-$120) compares to all of these. The PeroBuno had 27 CFM of airflow, but the Metro Datavac is a wired, 500w electronics duster that is rated for 70 CFM of airflow. I suspect it will make all of these look like toys. I work in banking (with cash machines), and the professionals who come to clean our machines use Metro Datavacs. We actually bought one for our branch after seeing how well it performed.
I agree I feel like this video was just comparing quick drop shipping e-waste. I would have liked to see the metro datavac go up against something like the Makita AS001G or the DAS180 and similar brands with real build quality
@@mauriciovallejo2192 Quite rude to call these drop shipping e-waste as they all do what they are advertised to do- and with amount of ppl buying em surely they're not cheap garbage.
It's corded, absolutely not in any way or fashion would I ever consider this. Just get a mini shop-vac which would destroy this. IMO, virtually no reason for this.
@@mauriciovallejo2192 i have the datavac, got it from microcenter. i also have the makita das180. they are nearly identical in power. i tested them using an anemometer with 3d printed adaptors so the results were valid. the makita has cheaper clones that take milwaukee or dewalt batteries on amazon for 50 dollars, while the makita is 150 dollars. surprisingly they put out about the same volume of air but after testing , you can tell the build quality is not anywhere near the makita. still they are worth 50 bucks and smoke any duster in this video.
I've bought my stick vac and my robot vac based on your recommendations. Thanks for doing all the testing for us! I'm not quite in the market for a mini vac yet, but when I am, I'll know which one to buy. I second the person who thought that knowing how it charges is an important bit of information. With larger vacuums, it doesn't matter too much that it has a dedicated charger. But for smaller things like this, having a USB-C charger would be extremely handy. We all have way too many chargers and cables in a box somewhere, so no need to add yet more to that. Also, sorry for "liking" the video. You were at 777 likes and I ruined it. I'm hoping you don't mind too much, because I'm not taking it back.
😭🙌Ommmggg this came in so freaking perfect in my time!!! I have been trying to do so much research on this lil off brand vacuums but no one does it like you!!!!
Yes do more of these i would love to get the best one knowing i can trust it. I would also consider doing reviews on blowers that can sometimes become vacuums.
Great video as always! I hope you'll look into stick form handheld vacuums for the next video, I personally find them easier to use. My favorites are Xiaomi Mi Mini Vacuum (13 KPa) and Lydsto Duo Plus (10 KPa). I believe they both have HEPA filters which is an added bonus.
@vacuumwars, does the flapper in your PeroBuno waste collector bin remain closed? Unfortunately, mine will not seal closed and once the vacuum is turned off, debris easily falls back out! The flapper appears to be poorly designed, overall.
I think these make better blowers than vacuums. I bought one a few months ago and it's great having unlimited compressed air on the fly! The vacuum stuff just seems like a gimmick to make them look more versatile
@Vacuumwars I don't want to discredit this video because I'm a huge fan of your content but instead of reviewing these drop shipping brands I was hoping you'd cover brands with an established business of reliability, performance and support like Makita's duster and vac (like the AS001G or the DAS180) I think you'll find that there is simply no competition with these no name brands. I recently replaced compressed air with the Makita duster kit with all the attachments and oh boy its already paid for itself, cleaning a bunch of electronics and helping me dry things super quick.
I was just assuming these were the best ones available and he challenged them to one another. Is that not the case? If not, then I agree.... please cover ALL the brands that make good products. I would find a lot of value in seeing the Makita, for instance, in the contest.
yea, i bought a cheap one of these of temu, i personally wouldn't spend a lot of money on a knock off product. These little things are great to get in tight spaces and if your obssessed with keeping a car clean, and just want to do quick vacuum almost daily to pick up small items. I'd like to see it compared to a fanttik for example.
@@catacocamping874it’s true but when the battery dies out at least you can buy another unlike with this e waste in the video. Not to mention some of the competitors are corded
Definitely better than canned air, a dust blower from a power tool company (not a leaf blower) like the Makita I have will blow them all away but they're not terrible value.
this was the rage in our country for several months ago. Wished you reviewed the latest models with removable battery packs simlar to power tools. The blowers above are easily e-waste once batteries get defective and these are likely to die soon because of cheap, unbranded battery cells (except the highest performers in this video).
Can you compare these to the Datavac (Metrovac it might also be called?) Electric Duster and the XPower Electric duster? I bought the Xpower first and for some reason the accessories didn't fit so I returned it and currently have the Datavac, but both get hot so measuring heat would be nice. Definitely don't think it's a perfect replacement for canned air, but it's way more ecofriendly and is worth it after like 6 cans too.
I didn't get an answer on the last video. Can you test the Daikin MCB50YSAU and MCKB70YSAU? They boast large SQFT air purifying cleaning capacity and have activated charcoal filters as well as UVC light filters.
I've seen these advertised all over, and honestly my biggest question has been whether the entire category has been a scam. Now admittedly, "canned air" has never been something I felt was a very good replacement for an air compressor, which is what I've used in a more commercial setting when working on cleaning computers, but that's a pretty high bar. If these things were somewhere in between canned air and a compressor, that would still be better than I expected.
Would be nice to see a video including air dusters only. There are quite a few others out there that look interesting. Vacuum features for these aren’t important to me.
