Hi,
I just discovered your channel and have been binging on your content.
My wife & I have started working out for our trek 10 days prior to the day it begins. Watching your 4-6 week program makes me a little wary of the hike we are about to undertake with as little preparation as these 8-9 days would offer us. We have recovered from Covid some 16 weeks ago and feel general healthy. Is there something you would tell us as a Pro?
I just found about your videos and have been watching them the whole day...
i tried downloading the PDF for the test guide but apparently there is a page ERROR... is there a new link perhaps?
Some of the tests I've been finding are ridiculous... like hang and bring your ankles to your wrists or doing deadlifts. I like that you provide adaptations for a wide range of abilities.
My trek from the south to the north of Gran Canaria over the volcano is in 2 weeks. I've been working on getting ready, but I wish I would have found this test about a month ago to gage my progress.
Thanks!
Obviously you know nothing about training. The deadlift is a STAPLE for obvious reasons. How is the deadlift ridiculous, please explain?
unable to download the pdf.
