From this small sample I already know it will be my favourite track for couple of years and it made me pre order the Time Package. So much emotions. On the other hand I've heard the new Nightwish track which sounded empty and pointless against Jari's music and I'm not even interested what Tuomas pulls out.
Yeah. I really want to love Nightwish, but it just doesn't hit like Wintersun does. Not at all, but I acknowledge that it's my shortcoming in my music taste.
Sounds like it could turn out to be one of the most beautiful pieces of music ever written, deffo most hyped about this one out of the entire package Are there any other bands that sound like this (referencing the Japanese folk influence)?
@@Portedrea yeah I listened to some of their stuff, it's a bit similar to ensiferum in a couple of spots, but not nearly as beautiful as these wintersun tracks
@@npanic628 If you want a very beautiful metal song I would highly recommend "Dusk over fields of ruin" by a band called Duskmourn. It has a ever so slightly oriental vibe. Hope you enjoy it :)

the cloest I know is Whispered, they're a bit darker but still great :)
