There’s also Twisted Bonds which is a follow up of Nino and Kiara after Twisted Pride, and Sweet Temptations about Giulia and Cassio which is supposed to be a standalone but honestly would make much more sense after having read both the series 🥴

Don’t know if you’ve read these already but I’m gonna recommend them anyways.. 1) Kresley Cole: The Professional (Part 1,2,3) and The Master (stand-alone) there is a third book but I honestly just wasn’t as good as the first 2 and also these books can be read in any order but they make more sense if you read them in order as the characters in the books connect. 2) Meghan March: Ruthless King, Sinful Empire and Defiant Queen. Both these series are honestly SO STEAMY, not necessarily like heavy mafia related but enough so their still really good.

Try Reading Bad Saint, it's actually a trilogy but it was so good it's about a model and her captor, it's also a mafia romance. It was heartbreaking and very angst-y.

On another note I read the Off Balance Series by Lucia Franco this year and I've been losing my mind since the community that likes this series is limited but I'm so happy you enjoyed them sooooo much. If you take book recommendations don't fail to read Unteachable by Leah Raeder (teacher/student romance), Forbidden by Tabitha Suzuma (just go in blind) and anything and everything by Pepper Winters (you just cannot go wrong with her from age gabs to kidnapping and claiming family debts to straigh up sex fantasies in real life), thank me later.

Based on your recommendation I read Cora Reilly’s Sweet Temptation and absolutely loved it and then I read Twisted Loyalties and loved Fabiano but hated the idiotic heroine. My next read thanks to your recommendation is Mr. Masters.
Scarred souls by Tillie Cole is a really amazing book that I recommend! It includes cage fighting and mafia and just tones of Brutal stuff and from memory I’m pretty sure the Russian mob is a big part of it.

Don’t know if you’ve read these already but I’m gonna recommend them anyways..
1) Kresley Cole: The Professional (Part 1,2,3) and The Master (stand-alone) there is a third book but I honestly just wasn’t as good as the first 2 and also these books can be read in any order but they make more sense if you read them in order as the characters in the books connect.
2) Meghan March: Ruthless King, Sinful Empire and Defiant Queen.
Both these series are honestly SO STEAMY, not necessarily like heavy mafia related but enough so their still really good.

Try Reading Bad Saint, it's actually a trilogy but it was so good it's about a model and her captor, it's also a mafia romance. It was heartbreaking and very angst-y.
It's not super hardcore but it is russian mafia - The Game Maker series by Kresley Cole. 100% recommend

On another note I read the Off Balance Series by Lucia Franco this year and I've been losing my mind since the community that likes this series is limited but I'm so happy you enjoyed them sooooo much.
If you take book recommendations don't fail to read Unteachable by Leah Raeder (teacher/student romance), Forbidden by Tabitha Suzuma (just go in blind) and anything and everything by Pepper Winters (you just cannot go wrong with her from age gabs to kidnapping and claiming family debts to straigh up sex fantasies in real life), thank me later.

I just smashed the Italian in 12 hours, just could not put it down, well of course, I had chores and appointments to do throughout the day, but could not go to sleep till I found out what happened at the end. I do find Mafia books the most exhilarating and intense genre to read... I look forward to read some more of your recommendations. I do love T.L Swan, but I have only read one of her books. My favourite author, is Penelope Sky, I highly recommend, if you want the bad mafia, criminal storylines, that take you on hell of emotional roller coaster. Thank you for your reviews, loved it :)

The mafia and his angel (tainted hearts series) by Lylah James is reallyyyy good. I 100% recommend you read it. If I remember correctly there are 5 books and they are all good.

Based on your recommendation I read Cora Reilly’s Sweet Temptation and absolutely loved it and then I read Twisted Loyalties and loved Fabiano but hated the idiotic heroine. My next read thanks to your recommendation is Mr. Masters.

Scarred souls by Tillie Cole is a really amazing book that I recommend! It includes cage fighting and mafia and just tones of Brutal stuff and from memory I’m pretty sure the Russian mob is a big part of it.
