We are both pretty active, but hubby and I are both recovering here in NYC, from a serious bout of the (avian) flu. We now have what is called post viral fatigue. So, we are doing gentle stretches, and getting our activity going again. Ric has lymphedema, and uses the FLEXI-TOUCH compression device, so on days when we are off the device, I massage his legs, heart-ward, and that seems to be a good interval to think about exercises, that gently get us moving again. He likes to ride his bike, and there is no elevator in our building - two real assets that keep us 'off the sofa' and on the go!! Thanks, guys.

Are you balancing the cone on a foam roll as a part of the exercise or is that just for your convenience? Seems like it would add to the difficulty if you are reaching while having to precisely place the cone on a tippy foam roller on end.

What do you know about “drop foot”? I just experienced hip replacement surgery and had a hematoma that compressed the sciatic nerve and I’m now left with drop foot. I’m only 49 years old and there were no indications that I would’ve had any complications from this hip surgery. I’m so upset about the resulting effects and need to know how long it will take to get the movement back in my foot. If ever? Are there recommended exercises?

When do you guys do your give aways & how can I apply? My grandma who has gone through A LOT of adversity & recently lost her daughter is in excruciating shoulder & lower back pain (suffering from worsened sciatica, stiff neck, etc due to recent two falls & TBI) & has limited range of motion/mobility balance issues. Can you guys do another therapeutic mattress/bed, knee wedge, or better yet a music glove, supine manual traction kit, or
DUAL CHANNEL TENS UNIT GIVEAWAY SO I CAN SIGN HER UP IN HOPES THAT IT HELPS HER TO REHABILITATE FROM HER INJURIES CAUSE I'M NOT WORKING OR HAVE AN INCOME ATM & CAN'T AFFORD TO GET HER ANY OF THESE EQUIPMENT MYSELF BUT SHE DESPERATELY NEEDS THEM FOR IMPROVED POSTURE & PAIN MANAGEMENT ETC; POOR WOMAN IS SOO DEPRESSED & IRRITABLE IT BREAKS MY HEART. SHE SADLY CAN'T GO TO PT EITHER NOW DUE TO PANDEMIC SO I'VE BEEN TRYING TO DO THE STRETCHES & EXERCISES YOU ADVISE ON HER MYSELF BUT IT'S NOT EASY! YOU GUYS ARE AMAZING THOUGH, KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK. HOPE TO HEAR BACK🙏🏽
