  • Are you struggling to increase your velocity? Want pitching drills for the lower-half? Look no further, here's the most effective way for pitchers to use their lower half to naturally increase velocity, the safest way possible.
Like most, you've been told that you've got more in the tank.. IF only you were able to generate more power from your lower-half?
    You're in luck...
Inside this pitching lesson, I'm going to show you how to throw harder, easier by revealing the correct way to utilize your legs inside your pitching mechanics.
We're also going to discuss where pitchers and pitching coaches go wrong teaching the lower-body and how you can avoid making these same mistakes.

This stuff works. My son learned his techniques down in Austin from Scott Lando and it definitely improved not only his velocity but his arm motion. Lance’s clinics aren’t cheap though

I think you're looking for a solution in a box. That just isn't going to happen due to anatomical differences in each person. The concept is solid. The results are real. The imagination is stronger than the spoken word. One size does not fit all. What the belt WILL do is provide instant feedback and feel. Monitor every movement, have intent, perform, feedback, and do it over. Nothing worth doing is as easy as a simple solution.

Bill Masullo ... I'm not looking for a solution in a box. Just what is stated on the title . I'll simplify . Where are the drills ? Telling us buy his belt and to drop and drive isn't a drill .

Lantz - Tks for the video . Are there any drills to help my son learn to drove down the mound? Would love to attend a camp but the cost + travel, lodging and food isn’t something we can afford.

Great info. My son attended one of Lantz’s camps. Lantz knows his stuff.

Have spoken with Coach Brown at Vandy. I am trying to understand and help my pitchers understand "The Move".

Interesting. I guess what I am saying is it’s not only Important to feel the position but to develop the strength to get to those athletic positions. I do like your concept of feeling your CG. Any engineer will admit there in CG in just about any mathematical physics equation. So if somebody could write an equation for pitching no doubt it would be in there.

The perfect program would IMO incorporate the drills/strength training of the Top Velocity program and Lantz program. Then once the mechanics are down switch to the mental EV concepts of Perry Husband. It seems in so many of the minor league programs the emphasis is still on velocity with little on pitch development/sequencing. It’s no wonder so many arms get used up

Thanks for commenting but the drills inside Top Velocity teach two entirely different concepts and sequencing than mine. He teaches to push with the thigh, mine focuses on the hips.

@@CoreVelocityBelt Brent at TopV advocates triple extension, use of the ankle, knee and hip. Not just the thigh. The idea is to maximize leg drive to increase hip rotation at front foot strike.

How can you work on being more efficient and not just load the hips and pushing off
