Thank you for the clean tutorial. I only recently did CFW on my Switch, and this is my first update I've needed to do, looking around online for instructions was not fun, many comments from people who are clearly fed up of othhers asking how to update.

i was following just fine until the tegrarcm part.. i downloaded the program, but it says norcm, how do i get the switch in to rcm? soon as i turn it on it just says no sd.. i have the sd card plugged in to my pc not the switch, i have a hard modded switch lite if that helps.

Hi, I went to update the original system and ended up bricking my switch. Now when I start Atmosphere I get the message "failed to match warm boot with fuses" Can you help me? How to get my switch back please?
That's not bricking, rather just an error in how you updated. Join the discord server and ask in the help channel in the basement category and someone can assist you

When we downloaded and replaced the hekate and atmosphere, did it include the latest sigpatches? im not yet familiar with sigpatches but ive read we need to update it as well.

Hi. Thanks for uploading this video. I have followed your steps to update my Atmosphere / Hekate to latest 1.4.0. Once updated I can go in the launch screen of Hekate but does not launch into Atmosphere. I want to preserve my previous games, apps and saves which I already have on my memory stick from the last version. EMUMMC currently says disabled. What do I do from here? Will I need to set up and partition my SD card again on EMUMMC?

I used to have atmosphere to play online with original games and emunand to play offline with games downloaded. I've been 2 years without using the console. How can i update it to keep the options i had before?
Update CFW as normal and your system as normal. Then update your emummc using Daybreak to dump your sys firmware

Doesn't matter which you update first. And the second half of your question is confusing. You have to update ams and hekate which is done by overwriting the sd card with the updated files and and the firmware has to be downloaded on the console.. Soo... Both
there is no files in the bootloader folder
Hello! I really need your help. I have a nintendo switch v2 on sx modchip, running atmosphere. In hekate I have noticed that I can either launch cfw or stock. My son asked would it be possible to run his original minecraft that he once got as a gift to play online. So i launched the stock system, I have inserted the minecraft cartdridge but the console prompted that system update is needed.. and so I did.. I am aware not to do it in atmposphere but I wouldnt have thought that updating stock system while running stock system can mess up something.. so now when I boot into hekate I get 'failed to match warm boot with fuses'. Now I am able to boot into atmosphere only (stock not working-blue screen) but deep sleep isnt working, the console crashes and I have no idea how to fix that.. tried to google it but cant really understand everything. Can you please tell me is there like a video tutorial on YT how to fix that? Is it even possible to fix it? I would really appreciate your help or any type of guidance..

I did the same thing, I updated mine to atmosphere 1.4.0 hekate 5.90 and firmware 15.0.1, works fine now. Not bricked.

Doesn't matter the order you do it. You can do it either way

@@mezm1630 you'll eventually need to update your system firmware on your switch to use sow of your games so it's best to just do both

Ik iam late if you still look for the answer it is yes. Uou just need to power on hekate plug in to your pc by your usb to usb c cable and just turn it on without any jigs or anything
I forgot.when you launch the hekate and plug in you need to power it off before the rcm mode
