Going through the menopause here uggggg insomnia and hot flushes throughout the night but these sleep stories are a huge help in relaxing me back to sleep 😴 it’s fantastic to hear how they help other people in so many different ways 💕
I don’t usually comment on videos… but you should know this! I have a new puppy. She is 4 months old now. I was trying to have her sleep in a crate in the living room. Well she would always cry’s and whine and wake up in the night. So one night I was exhausted and I let her sleep in bed with me listening to your sleep stories. Safe to say, it was magic. I haven’t had 1 night where she didn’t sleep through the night as long as we have your stories playing. THANK YOU!!!
Animals shouldn’t be kept in cages. They want to sleep with you and be treated as family. Crates are cages … If you wouldn’t do it to a human, then don’t do it to an animal.

When I was young I'd go to antique shops. And like this fall asleep story I'd handle two or three different items and be mentally transported or just know a few things about who owned each item. I haven't done that in awhile. I slept most peacefully hearing this one.
