I listen to you every night but I have yet to finish a story because I’m asleep within 20mins. You have been extremely helpful for my anxiety and overthinking that would keep me up for 3-4 hrs every night. I am so grateful I stumbled upon your page.
I have almost zero comments on RUclips from all my years consuming content, but I felt compelled to comment here since this channel has been nothing short of life changing. From someone who has seriously always had horrific problems sleeping at night, being able to turn on one of those videos and let the magic happen has been nothing short of incredible. It used to take me several hours to even get close to falling asleep at night, but now I can turn on this channel and know with certainty that I will be out cold by the time the video is done. Only once since I started tuning into this channel have I woken back up during the night, and the video was still active and I was out in seconds after hearing Stephen gently talk me back to sleep. I’ve struggled with insomnia for well over a decade, but this channel has completely changed my life since it’s helped me find a way to work through it. I found this channel just over a month ago, and slept to one of Stephen’s videos every night since. It’s been absolutely incredible how much regularly getting a full night of sleep has changed my life. Please for the love of all that is good in this world, please keep making this content. I wish more people knew about this. Side Note: The Meditation videos are my favorite. I have listened to the Nidra Meditation video in particular at least 20 full times now. I set a timer on my phone or tv if I’m dreaming from there to stop playing when the video ends and know for certain I will be asleep by the time the video ends. Hasn’t failed me once yet.

I fell asleep with a different sleep story playing. When I had to get up at 4am to feed the horses, this story had just started playing. Thank you Stephen. Once again you have settled my 7 yo grandson and 3 yo granddaughter who love your voice and your stories. My father was from County Limerick but, unfortunately, passed and never saw his great grandchildren . Whilst they were born in Australia, I remind them of their Irish heritage.
