My brother once told me something went "aw-ree" and I was confused.....he meant awry but he had learned it from reading books and didn't realize it was pronounced "uh-ri" with a long i at the end. He knew what it meant from context and was using it correctly.
Just bought yarn to make this over the weekend, hopefully 200g is enough haha. Need to get my hands on some fluffy yarn cos that edge is to die for! Do you know how I could make the top longer please? To make it into a sort of pixie/stocking cap style?
Curious, why do you separate the faux fur yarn into three strands? Is it too bulky to work with the way it normally is? I've finished the hood part, and now I'm debating on doing the scarf the way you show, or making it thicker with a Bavarian stitch pattern in the centre 🤔

Yes this specific yarn was to thick! But trust me it makes it so much better when separated! And it will last longer!
