USCIS discretionary review of 131F parole in place cases

    Thank you Francis, do you think USCIS would know of previous approvals completed like I-130, I-212 & I601A without sending proof. I would assume the officer would already know. I ask because I’m not quite sure my lawyer attached those key milestones..

      Hi, according to the 131F policy and filing guide, USCIS would review all available information. Have you done your 601A biometrics?

      @@FrancisLawCenter I-6O1A was actually already approved, it could be that because I have DACA, they use the same biometrics. But even so, they have always taken the same B-metrics for the past 3 renewals of DACA.

    Hi, my wife has been in the US since 2016, she came when she was 14 years old alongside her mother. Would this be an automatic disqualification? We are considering sending it anyways and hoping 8 years would be overlooked considering she was brought here at such a young age, trying to seek asylum.
