I appreciate your video and channel recommendations. It obviously really helps surface content and what not that I may not otherwise be aware of.

Woot nice to see a shoutout to a smaller channel!
I liked Aztlan's video on metal in the pre-colonial Americas. That's another rec for people here.

Note, Aztlan has a lot of videos on indigenous Mesoamerican history, but the focus of his channel is Latin American history as a whole!

    Thank you for the recommendations.
Here's a few of mine if anyone's interested:
Cambrian Chronicles - Does videos about Welsh history and ancient history of British Isles.
Baltic Empire & Gold and Gunpowder - Baltic Empire does videos of Scandinavia, Baltic Sea and Europe from pre historic to early modern period also videos of the viking age. Gold and Gunpowder does videos about golden era of American sea roving. Both run by same Swedish guy.
Anttimation - Very small channel that does animation videos about Finnish history. (what I like about Antti is his animations are not those generic overly simplistic boring animations that poorly educate very surface level learners)
Those are on top of my head what I could think of.

I like his channel and have been subscribed to him for a long time, but he's really hostile if you ask him specific questions on his discord. It's a very toxic place for discussion.
