  • One of my biggest insecurities growing up was my face. Don't get me wrong, it wasn't terrible but i just didn't like it. I'm happy to say i feel better about the way i look now. I hope the tips can help you as much as it helped me

    We consume a considerable amount of soft/high calorie foods as well. The difference between chewing noodles and chewing a steak in terms of how much effort we have to put our jaws through, I think this has an effect as well. I have seen those ads for that 'jawsercise' thing, where the people doing it look like idiots, but I wonder if that isn't a lot closer to how we used to be. Constantly chewing and working out our jaw muscles.

      That’s actually a great point, never thought of that. I guess we are just not using muscles that we would have used ages ago and that’s making a big impact.
