We are looking for new athletes to join into our gym in Caringbah!
Learn new skills, stay healthy and make friends.
We offer tumble, cheer and dance classes in recreational, semi-competitive or elite
competitive teams.
All abilities and ages from 5 years up to and including adults are welcome! Our adult cheer
and dance teams are super fun and a great way to keep fit!
Don't worry if you've never tried cheerleading before as our coaches will guide you through
a safe progression of each skill and have programs to suit every level, age and ability.
