Ooooo, that was a tough dam! Between the solid muck and well reinforced face, you earned your keep on that one

I can see a definite improvement on static areas like grass and sticks in the video vs earlier episodes, but the moving water coming out of the dam shows the problem remaining with the final quality - over compression, or very low bit rate.
Increasing the bit rate by 500-1,000 kilobits per second will increase the size of the video you need to upload, but will make it look much better for constantly moving elements of the image like water which are most common in these dam breaking video.
Bear in mind that RUclips itself also recompresses the video once you upload it.
Over compressed, low bit rate videos can become very bad after upload - while videos with high bit rate and a clean, well defined image will suffer less after upload.
A good rule of thumb is that the thumbnail for the video should look fine as a standalone photograph.
If it still looks very soft, obviously pixelated or blocky then it needs a significantly higher bit rate when you go to export it from the video editor app.
A quick scan on Google recommends a bit rate of 3,500-5,000 kbits per second for 1080p at 30 FPS (frames per second) - I can't see a 60 on the quality slider for this video so I will assume the video is 30 FPS and fits this recommendation.
Just a note - I love this content and all anti beaver dam contet.
This isn't a criticism of the work, just a suggestion for improving the quality of the uploaded RUclips videos 👍
IMHO RUclips itself should make more of an effort to support channel owners in this way.

I'm still confused about the fact that you seem to stop right before the job is completed. There are times you tell us the dam is completely ripped out when we can clearly see that it's not. You will lose credibility over time if you keep doing that. Don't get me wrong I enjoy what you're doing it's just confusing.
