  • Mayor Bibb's proposed "shore-to-core-to-shore" TIF program would take a portion of the rising property taxes from most of downtown Cleveland.
During an event at the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame in October, planners showed what they referred to as the "60% Draft" of the Cleveland North Coast Master Plan.

This lakefront development plans seems to come around every few years and as usual, nothing gets done, what the HELL is the deal with the stadium? The BROWNS stadium looks like a dispenser of maxi pads, hopefully this is just a concept and not a representation of what the stadium could look like in a few years!!!!! I read a few stories last year that said Jimmy and Dee Haslam are wanting to build their own stadium with a dome(hopefully with a retractable roof) a few miles east of the current stadium, the concept of the BROWNS stadium in this story looks even worse than what Chicago did to Soldier Field, which is hideous, unless you prefer your stadium to look like an alien spaceship is violating the Acropolis
