I just got the red yamitokyo’s. If they had added the shank in the midfoot it would actually be a perfect boot for me. I have wide feet and high arches and this is the first boot I’ve ever tried on that actually fits my feet fine without any hotspots right out of the box. If they were to add the midfoot shank I to all of their models as well as adding more sizes and getting them more accurate to universal sizes they could have some exponential growth as a company.
Pretty much agree with you 100%. I don't have your foot type, but that midfoot shank would make a massive difference and the company as a whole has huge potential like you say.
Hopefully they'll do the bigger sizes soon, there's been a few requests and they seem pretty responsive to what people are wanting. The Lockhart Boot Blog might have more info.
Hey, it's me! Lovely review, this. Appreciate the criticisms as well. Definitely some things to work on, like the soleplate and the lack of a midfoot shank.
here at 997 views. will definitely buy these next time i visit japan aside form the usual wide feet options, and japan brands like asics and mizuno. Japan market has HG and wide varietion of wide feet options
You should definitely check out Lockhart Boot Blog my podcast co host, he's based in Japan so has some really excellent insight on Japanese based boots and we get a lot of talk on the podcast regarding them too.
So I purchased these in US size 10, there seems to be about 2.5 inches between my toe and the end of the boot. Do you think I should return and go down to size 8.5?
They sound massive. I'd measure your feet first so you've got an idea of what length and compare it to a size chart before you re order. That big is way too big though
@@theonlyalecazam2947 so 10.5 inches is around 26.5cm which for Adler is the US8.5 , however I also recommend going down half a size. So I would be tempted to go for the US8.
I bought these thinking they would have that glove feel like the yata’ but unfortunately they didnt have that same glove fit instead i felt them more structure and roomy as well as a bit more of volume on the forefoot. In addition, I went a full size down and i was surprise it still felt comfy but a bit roomy. Nonetheless, a nice pair of cleats!

ผมใส่ morelia 2 ไซส์ 270 หากผมจะใส่ adler ควรจะใส่ไซส์ไหนครับ
When will they make sizes above 28 cm?
Have to ask Lockhart Boot Blog that one
Does Adler have custom colorways? I was wondering how I could get a pair of those red and white boots for the yamatokyo.
They don't have custom as an option at the moment, but those boots Lockhart Boot Blog has are indeed a special one of custom made for him.
Well now I'm frustrated they don't make them in a UK 12, I'm thankful that atleast Mizuno serves giants

Currently wearing the Puma Future Ultimate 2023 in a size US 9 (27cm) comfortably, what size should I get for the Yamatokyo ?
I'd suggest half down from the Future

Thank you for watching and I'm pleased you like the review. It's an odd one, reviewing the boots for the company your friend is associated with 😂
@@BootWizard Hahah yeah, it is a bit.

Yeah very nice, but I would agree they don't have the same feeling as the yatsgarasu
Adler the best underrated brand! I need me a Yamatokyo next
One to add to the collection.
How much do they weight?
