Finally, a voice and music that brings back real country music in this millennium. It's sad that it took coming to RUclips to find her by recommendation. Why isn't the mass media bringing her recognition? This is the country music of the past, what has mostly been abandoned for "Country Pop." It's sad what we've lost, Modern Trade may be on it's way to restoring fine music through her and other artists.
at this point, i think it's simply that she don't want it. there's so many songs of hers that should hit the mainstream, but haven't. her performance of "ain't no grave" with the Southern Gospel Revival" band is chillingly good. then there's this one, just like heartache, south texas girl, and on and on.
why nashville don't pick up artists like her i don't understand. at least she could sell this song to midland, something. they'd do it justice. this is good ole honky tonk music.
This what I need to be hearing on my radio...I spend lots of hours on the highways driving every week. The worst thing about it is there's very little worth listening to on the radio.
Music , being the blessing from God, is so universal that these folks can barely speak English and yet my heart hears and understands every word.
Finally some real country music. Beautiful voice.

Listening to Jamie Lin makes me wish I was in Texas. She's as good as it gets 😉😉
San Marcos is the place to live in Texas close to the river with Jamie Lin.
