By the time future me is building out my bus, this kind of tech ought to meet my highest energy needs in the kitchen, art & crafting, with jams playing out mood music while I do my thing during a blizzard... Yes, eventually, energy tech gods for nomads will get around the snow & rain issue.
I just want to say I got the exact same unit four panels with the power pack and the 2000+ I also have the 1500 for my jeep will probably pick up another 2000 for my truck. I’ll be running my whole house in my garage off of it Cannot wait to get more battery packs but I just want to say excellent video. Thanks for sharing.
@@ebbthenflow The 'Cigarette 12v 8A' output port is very unreliable for vanlife. It is bulky and easily works loose creating a bad connection which can overheat. The only thing in its favor is there is often a built in fuse. Better outputs are the 12v Barrel DC 5521 port (search for images) - a very common 12V connection. Another option is a 12v Anderson. But these are non standard and would have to be (easily) made to a particular requirement.
I’m actually pretty excited about this but wonder if they still make it so you can’t use it while charging on solar. That’s the one thing that made me go with another brand 2 years ago. If it has changed, or if it does in the near future I’ll seriously consider it.
Yes, they advertise that, but I have not tested solar yet. Also, you can plug in cigarette lighter car charger, wall charger and solar all at once, and it will prioritize solar charging first
Hey chrome! I’m a guy who lives out of his truck in the road working. Digging this system. Being that I’m in Alberta and Sask during the winter months, a tad colder than -10c, could one wrap the unit to safely discharge colder than -10c?
Is that a lithium battery? Scott Kilmer says that they are very flammable and can easily burst into flames and it takes lots and lots of water to put the fire out.
Yeah tons of companies have been using LifePO4 batteries for more than a year. Some even longer. Same for the extra (expansion)batteries. Nothing new to see really.

Weight in pounds ?
Going to need a trailer to haul all these!! Who needs solar now, that sucker would power a house!! Oh how my wish list is expanding! Lol. Good job!
🙄🙄🙄
This is a game changer for houseless and housed!
If you can afford it
What - you mean homeless?
@@thedropman sure, them too.
They need to modify the connecting cable to 90deg so there's not so much protusion

For the low price of 25,000$ for the whole setup
@@jordanvargovichto have a “double stack” which I believe is how you would get 240 single phase it’s 25k
That's if you want 12 units and 6 huge panels. You can get by for less than 5 grand
Pretty cool Chrome but we don’t have a channel with sponsors to live large with!
Definitely not for the average grifter but people that are investing in long term off grid living, this is a game changer

Sweet. Does this mean the passenger seat gets to live another day 😂
Thats amazing, off grid cabin fully charged.
You and The Dawn of Van Life sure know how to review the jackerys.
It’s kind of amazing how much knowledge you’ve acquired over the years
Impressive, but love to see better 12v outputs.
It's hard to run higher amps without burning wires. It's just safer to use higher voltage with low amps
Can you elaborate for an amateur? 😂

I was geared up to pull the trigger on a 3000. Think I just changed direction.
So would you build a power cabinet in the ambo and run this?
Love the video and info...the future us at hand. For the Ambo maybe ? Also was that a 30 amp RV connection on the front left?
It's on the right side if it's facing you
Can't wait for the video with the 5 stack
Do we really live in the Wild or do you not want to give up on luxuries
I love the products but not the high cost!
I want to see you charge this with solar and time it to see how long it takes! This may be a game changer
What can I say? Awesome!
WOW- I am so impressed- Thank you for sharing
Awesome presentation!
Perfect for my power needs in the van and at the trailer. Why would you want to go any other way this is insane easy peasy electricity, sign me up!
Oh, I need that on my soon to be camper van truck or whatever I’ll end up buying this year

I have this in the UK and you CAN charge on solar and use at the same time.
Super cool Chrome!
Holy moly that first camera angle, I was going, “HOW big is that?”😮
Wow, a game changer ! Thanks Chrome for the info.
Hey Chrome, I saw a commercial for this Beast tv In New York a couple days ago! Awesome, I might get one for my home!
Seeing the screen jump to over -2000- 3000 Watt ahahahahah that's great!!
Great videos watching form New Mexico keep up the great work 👌👍🏻
So Chrome it looks great but I never see anyone power up rooftop air conditioners with them. Mine is 13,400 BTUs. Would it work?
Depends on wattage at start up and when it's working I think?
Awesome Review! Keep up the great work!
So if u were to install this in a van build, u could permanently mount those solar panels on the roof?
What happens if the built in inverter inside fried? How much for replacing of that component?
Love it!
So how do we run all our 12v appliances from a single 10a socket? That's more important the the 3kw inverter.
Hi Chrome love this video ❤❤❤
Wow, that just got real serious.
Could you use the jackory sets instead of all the other electrical methods? Just jackirys and solar for everything electrical?
You keep saying music stores for those power cables... but they are also used for desktop computers and monitors and other office equipment.
First time this channel has ever mad me turn it off
😮😮😮😮this is so awesome this is a total game changer for so many people 🎉🎉
I gotta get one soon 👍🏿👏🏿🏃♂️💨🚗💨
Hey buddy you don't know me my name is Steve I'm from Iowa I want to start van life but I don't have enough for a I was curious if you had a spare one
Not that is a Chrome size battery! Bigger, better and badder baby! I want one!
The plugs at the end. Standard PC plug. I’d give them away for nothing. Got more than I know what to do with. 😉
Desk top computers use that same universal plug
You can find theses power cord behind a printer or a desktop computer 😊
Do we know if this has emp protection?? if not it's will be an expensive paper weight when the time you really need it comes
When would we need to protect against emp?

Would you pick this 2000 over the 3000 pro?
Can you please tell us what the cost is???
An arm and a leg !!! They’re very expensive. Better deals with other comparable.
your shows are the best she has inderdused this to Mr and I want to learn
Now A/C ?
Hey Chrome, I am curious if you can run your Joolco Shower off of it?
If I buy the bundle with the additional battery and two panels, does it come with all the cables I will need?
For over 40 years and am 65 now...
Safer too

Looks pretty cool so far. Although, I've been stuck on Bluetti and all their similar builds.
Wait.. the 3000 isn’t expandable ? And the 2000 pro isn’t also?
That would be nice. I'd have to go back to work though! Just upgrade every so many months until you had the whole set up! :-)
But can it run a welder... I never thought about asking but now I gotta know
How much is that a price of a new van lol
not really you can buy all in one mttp charge controller all you have to have is the battery and the inverter
I bought my van with a 3000 watt inverter already installed. Did I really get that lucky?
Um...what?!
Is that a lithium battery? Scott Kilmer says that they are very flammable and can easily burst into flames and it takes lots and lots of water to put the fire out.
Lithium iron phosphate
holy crap!
Ouch!
Just the basic 2000 plus is worth $3800. Cdn plus tax.
Just went to there website and it was about 2,800 with panels
$3,299.00🤣🤣🤣
Hey I try to write to you before want to start paying life
cool
ok let's get real air-conditioning how long?
its way way cheaper to buy your own lifepo4 batteries and build your own battery system
won't be long, I bet, before this entire unit decreases in size.....
Plug !
Jackary is finally catching up to ecoflo
Yeah tons of companies have been using LifePO4 batteries for more than a year. Some even longer. Same for the extra (expansion)batteries. Nothing new to see really.
3000W? that will run an 30A RV. Even a 50A RV will run on it, but not everything at once.
