- Thank you SO much for being here and hanging out with me today on my channel! In this video, I'll be sharing the ups and downs of my twin pregnancy and how I've been feeling. :) I hope this is helpful and encouraging for anyone else who is pregnant!! love you guys!

I have a twin sister and it's awesome! Your twins are going to be great friends. Tip: do not force them to dress matching, same or opposite, let their personalities be the guide.
I just gave a birth to baby no2. The main advice I can give you as a person that recoverered post natal depression is: please, only listen to people that wish you good and are actually keen on helping. Its so crazy and unbelievable how many mamas out there are jealous, nasty and extremely mean..
Also any problems or struggles, don’t google it- go straight to your parents and in-laws as they had you and Max and they should be only to ideally know you both :) Good luck and you will smash it! 😍😍😍
Are you and Lisa communicating about yalls pregnancies. Ya'll both going through pregnancy at the same time. Seems like ya'll would have a lot to speak about.

I think everyone wants Kath to be their best friend. I feel like we could literally talk to her for DAYS and it would still be the most interesting conversation in the world. I feel like I’ve related so much to Katherine for so many years because we’re the same age and we both enjoy writing but even beyond that, I think her perspective on life and the world is so uniquely hers in a way you can’t really compare to anyone else (even her sisters).

I think you’re the first person I’ve actually seen with a pregnancy glow. I spent the entire video convinced there was something different in your facial features when there obviously isn’t, you’re just shining! I am so excited for more updates!
You are so beautiful, I feel like I can really see the love, joy and excitement of three humans through your eyes. Please try not to let the comments about your weight get to distracting. Gaining weight during pregnancy is nothing weird and pointing out a topic that's so sensitive to many people, especially when a body changes, is just inconsiderate. It says more about the person who wrote the comment, than about anything else and especially not about your worth! ❤️

omg yes please do a video dedicated to body image and intuitive eating!!! From what you've said about it in the past, it sounds like you know a lot and I'd love to hear more from you on that! You just sound so motivating when talking about those topics and they are messages I really need to hear!
I love this. Before it didn't seem like Kath would be able to just jabber on for 15 minutes. I was super surprised that she got her own channel and it just didn't seem like her to me. But now that it's actually happening, she seems so comfortable and natural. I'm so excited for you Katherine! ❤️🤰👶🏼👶🏼

I don't know if you like the idea, but I would be very interested in a video about journaling. Maybe you can show us some tips and tricks on how to get comfortable with it and what you can write into different types of journals (pregnancy journal, prayer/ Bible journal, a classic journal,...)❤️

I am a twin myself, and always loved the stories my mom told me about being pregnant! She had food aversions too and hers was Mexican food. she found out going to Mexican restaurants and just the smell made her want to vomit 😂 took her even a while after having my sister and I to go back HAHA. She did gain a lot of weight carrying twins, but she saw it as a positive thing! She was a trooper and raising us wasnt easy, but it is such a rewarding experience and not a lot of people get to experience this! I know you got this Kath. You will be a great mom to twins 💜. I have many stories about my twin sister and I growing up lmk if u want a sneak peek of what it may be like 😂😂
OH I FORGOT! My mom also had a book that she wrote in about her pregnancy and even after we were born during our first months of life! I found it cleaning the house once and just went through it with my mom and it was great. Your kids will love reading through it with you :)
I love what you said about stretch marks, I have them all over my stomach, hips, thighs and boobs from my 2 pregnancies and it can be tough to love them but just remind yourself of what amazing things your body is doing to grow these 2 little humans. You are incredible Katherine! And I’m sorry people are commenting on your weight, people have no boundaries and that’s so frustrating 🙄 you are so beautiful!

Actually, I have a funny story! When we found out my mom was pregnant with my brother, it turned ot that both of her sisters and my dad's sister was pregnant too! So now I have a brother and three cousins (all of them boys) who are all the same age!
And another thing is that I love how close you are with God! Right now I don't really know how to find my way to him but you give motivation not to give up! Thanks and God bless you!
Love it!!! I had my first child Clara with 26 and my second child Javier this December and I passed a very similar process! But what I loved most is the way you are living all this, like a gift. God loves you and bring you two angels to care. I will buy this diary for my two children, remembering the two pregnancies and maybe add some pages. God bless you super mummy!!

As someone who follow you for 10 years now it was so spiceal as you shared that you're pregnant. The rest of my family has had nausea terribly for all their pregnancies. But I have had two kids, and never had nausea. I am so grateful.

Meet with an IBCLC(international board certified lactation consultant)! They have more training than a regular lactation consultant and they are amazing! You can even meet with them before birth!

I cried with happiness when I found out you were pregnant with twins, and then 2 days later I found out my SISTER IS ALSO HAVING TWINS!! She's around the same milestone as you so she also has a lemon and a lime 🥺 soooo cute!

I have a friend that is currently pregnant and also has a lot of morning sickness. When she gets nauseous she has found that these pregnancy friendly candies called “preggie pops” really help. You can get them off of Amazon.
Try sea bands, they have them at Walgreens. They help relieve nausea. I wish I knew about them when I was pregnant. I had morning sickness all day every day my whole pregnancy, to the point I bad to be on medication because I kept losing weight. They also have preggo pops that help as well!
