My brother had severe depression about a year ago, My grandad was diagnosed about a month ago, And I had a complete emotional breakdown and I’ve just emerged from one of the deepest darkest moments of my life emotionally. This is such a good description of the feeling, or lack of feeling, an ache in your whole being. Colourblind. Thank you for enabling me to call it was it was. I had depression. I was too scared to call it that before but thanks for reminding me is not the end.
