I was diagnosed with ibs since 2018, I had been ignoring it since then. But now, with 12 weeks of pregnancy I'm completely paying the price. I'm Mexican, that means that every single meal is poison for me!! And to be honest my husband is my bigger barrier to have a healthy and intentional eating. He loves all fried, all spicy, all grassy 😭😭
I really want to heal and feel better and your video was very motivational.
Oh my goodness. It took 8 years for me to finally be diagnosed with IBS and its been rough. My intestines have very intense spasms so the medicine they prescribed definitely helps plus yoga. Thank u for this video!
The loose t , no makeup, messy hair gave me all the cozy feels and I am onsessed. Also all this food looks so good and warm I wanna make some now.

Btw you should consider eating a little something with your coffee: it’s acidity is not great on an empty stomach 😊
yeah stress totally spikes it for me! my sunfiber helps with the coffee acidity :)

I'm going to go search FODMAP, and FODY, and dig deeper into your channel. I am on a healthcare journey to feel better, stronger, ... better and, even tho I do not have IBS, your diet seems very akin to my own. You have piqued my interest!

Hey Jen, I loved the video. Does this current diet keep you symptom-free(diarrhea and constipation) from IBS when following strictly? I want to be able to get through the morning and workout too and this has motivated me to try a better routine. Any advice is appreciated.
I personally don’t have IBS but this video was still so interesting and informative! I still cannot get over how great that oatmeal looked, I love mixing in pb, banana, and berries but have never thought about adding kiwi!

I love PB in oatmeal but I’ve never tried adding an egg white for more protein! I’ll have to give that a try. I hope the new items you received are tasty, especially since the ingredients are great 😊

Consider yorktest / equivalent food intolerance & allergy test for gastro issues. Then eliminate accordingly

Just curious: Coffee & wine don’t bother your stomach? Also, I think you said white bean chili. So the beans don’t bother you either? I know everyone is different, but I’m still trying to learn as I’m new to IBS. Somehow I managed to cut out coffee (& all caffeine) because that was a huge trigger for me. Even low acid coffee upset my stomach. Oatmeal seems ok, as do egg whites. I guess it’s trial & error.

How did you get diagnosed?
how do you deal with caffeine? 😭 i absolutely love coffee but it always makes my ibs worse, i'm trying to find ways to drink it without it hurting
I can’t function without it 😂 I also have IBSC so I actually think it helps me stay regular LOL
@@JenLauren same but with caffeine it makes me feel like i'm dying 😭 i'm still gonna drink it anyway
@@chaaaargh oyyyy ugh same i feel you will drink no matter what LOL - i do put sunfiber in my coffee though which works wonders!
You have a lot of advisements!!!
I believe banana is high on the FODMAP unless it's green. Almond, almond flour, and cheese are all high on the FODMAP.
Do you really have IBS; or, just have a sensitive to gluten!?!
