    It's amazing how productive you are in the morning! What really works for me is fasting 18:6. My window of eating is 6 hours and I fast for 18. I see amazing results

    Losing weight is hard! I have literally lost the same 10 pounds 100 times and it keeps creeping back . Hang in there! And I think you look great for what that’s worth! ❤ Mrs. Karnes

    Gaining weight is the most easiest thing to do, but loosing it is like poking your finger through the eye of a needle😊. Most times I take the easiest hardest way out, not eating anything all day, I eat only dinner and I must eat it between 7 to 7:30 pm. I also try to avoid late night cravings, dough very difficult, but this is where discipline comes it. Not easy loosing weight at all.

    Was that sweat coming out of your body or you just took a bath? If you continue like this, you will loose some pounds in two weeks.

      Thanks for watching! That’s the aim! I was so shocked as well at the amount of sweat but I felt the difference in my fitness
