You just separate the milk fat and the liquid. You just made butter and buttermilk. I don't know if that's right. Can someone check me on this or check google?
@@mashachan2437 Yeah, I figured that out during the 11 months. I know because I kept whipping the cream until it looks like it separated. I overdo it, and I now understand why you don't overwhip cream.
