  • Regardless of whether you are moving or stationary, you need a place to store your kayak paddle sections, so make this quick DIY kayak paddle holder uses Nylon conduit holders to facilitate kayak paddle storage when you are not using your kayak paddle. This is one of the easiest kayak hacks and mods. This version of paddle clips for kayaks only costs around $6 to make. It's an OK kayak hack, but I prefer the PVC version..

What about using broom handle clips? They have rubber cushions and spring clips.

If you don’t have a heat gun, I wonder if you can put the PVC in the oven to soften.

I think a better solution would be anything that didn’t store your paddle in two pieces. I’d rather have the paddle ready than save space.

True. I like having two sections. The option that goes live today could be used to keep the paddle together. It is very tight.

So far it seems easier just to get.a heat gun. But then I don’t have a dog in this fight and I don’t have a heat gun- yet.
