I love Net Picker, it gets tedious having to constantly go back and find which roads you used! I was so happy to realize this mod was a thing when I came back to CS after a long break. I only wish the Tree Brush mod had that functionality built into it, so I could easily put together a custom brush that uses the trees already on the map. And it seems like that would be an obvious thing to build into the mod, so I figure it is either not possible or the function is there and I just haven’t figured it out yet. The latter is a definite possibility, so If I’m wrong, please tell me! Currently, it is much quicker for me to use Move It!’s copy function to make a ‘brush then to try to search through all my trees for the right ones. Square is not usually an ideal tree brush shape though. :D
May I ask how do you solve the problem of not deleting the trees and vegetation when placing roads while mods are enabled? Disabling them (Prop Align) won't help either.
Colour coding, my important buildings like firestations and police would be very handy. Also colour coding roads, so if I have a one way system I can easily track the traffic flow with zooming in. And the one that helps with the pathways. I waste more money trying to get roads and paths to connect well. They either stick together and destroy buildings or they just wont connect at all.
WOW !! I just started playing again Cities Skylines yesterday (haven't touched it for about an year, sorry 😓) and thought that a mod like Net Picker was totally needed !!! Thank you so much 😊

Agreed. Mods really enhance cities.I mean its amazing itself but the mods enhance this game even more. I have just started utilizing mods for my RUclips series, and I am already seeing a quality improvement!
I have to wait to use them unfortunately, cause the PC I'm currently using, crashes as soon as it loads a city, but, I'm getting a new one soon that'll be more than capable of handling it. And hopefully I can actually record my gameplays to post to RUclips with it as well, cause it turns out my current one just isn't powerful enough to play and record.
@@RyuuTenno I have noticed similar. Mine really struggles to record and play. I also stream and that takes the cake lol. I have my cities graphics pretty far down as well. But the series has been turning out well so far :)

I agree with the guy above, Biffa is probably the person to watch. He will frequently explain things even though he’s explained them hundreds of times before, so you never need to go too far back in the traffic fix series to understand what he’s talking about. If you use mods, TM:PE is almost a necessity to get your traffic working properly, or as well as possible. And Network Extensions, just so you have more road choices. I always forget what roads are not in the unmodded game that should be until I have to play without mods for a session. I mean, some are pretty basic. Speaking of which, if you don’t use mods, Biffa is still good to watch as he often goes over strategies for people playing on console/without mods. Mostly I think that comes down to lane mathematics and learning to use traffic lights well. Traffic lights annoy me in real life so I tend not to use them in game if I don’t have to. Lol And I’m pretty sure there are at least one or two YTers that focus on console/unmodded play and fixes. Good luck!

You click on something in your city and it automatically selects it for you (so you don't have to find it in the menus)
