  • It's the roaring 20's and people are flocking to the cities. It's a good time to be a contractor. Build up that city by rolling your meeples and stacking some cubes. Does this city building game from designer John D. Clair stack up?

What's your favorite city building game?

I couldn't think of a city builder, but I thought of The Estates. I think of it more as a mean auction game, but I guess you're building a city (or at least competing to build some skyscrapers).

Keyflower is a favorite in this genre. It keeps people interested in other player’s cities.
Great shot taking the ape down without destroying the city!

Oh that's a good one. I wouldn't have come to mind as a city builder, but it works! Thanks for watching!

I wouldn't have thought of it as a city builder either, but Keyflower is a great game. Need to break it out again...
